Of course as we all know that having breakfast meal is very important thing to start your day super active ... but so many of us do not know what to get in the mornings for healthy breakfast food ... So lets see what these items are :

1 - The Eggs , what ever was it boiled or fried, because Eggs are an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and selenium as well. Dish of scrambled eggs in the morning for the body and offers an abundance of Amino acids and antioxidants. But do not advise any one to eat extra much of eggs as it may cause a  high cholesterol in the blood .
2 - Apple Fruit , Apples are also very important for a healthy breakfast food
as its one of the best fruits that help you feel not hungry for a long time and some studies have shown that eating one apple before meals is so important to control your appetite against the unhealthy foods and the apple is still rich in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants.

3 - The Berries , Berries are an excellent choice for healthy breakfast food, but the cranberry is the best as its rich of fibers and Phytonutrients, and water, and it has got a small percentage of calories and featuring cranberry characteristics of anti-cancer more than other fruits. It has been proven that cranberries help to slow down the process of aging diseases such as memory diseases and movement difficulties. Can add some of cranberry for a cup of Greek yogurt to get a full meal healthy breakfast.

4 - The Yogurt , as It is known that all sorts of yogurts are useful for the body, but Greek yogurt is the best of them. as its contains less percent of carbohydrates, sugar and salt. It also contains the double amount of protein more than the other types of yogurt. but we should choose low-fat yogurt, as the full-fat Greek yogurt contains a greater percent of saturated fat.

5 - Oatmeal mixed with Milk , Oatmeal is rich in fiber, which helps to lower cholesterol levels in the blood and prevent the risk of heart diseases. Oats also works as a feeling of fullness for longer periods than the rest of the other types of foods. The oats are an excellent source of antioxidants. oatmeal can be getting with some fruit or milk during breakfast and you need to know adding milk to oats gives significant other nutritional value, since the milk is rich in protein, which helps to increase the feeling of satiety for a while. Besides it contains important vitamins and minerals for the body, such as calcium, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin D and vitamin B. But need to be aware that milk you will use to blind with oatmeal it will be your choice of Full cream milk or Skimmed milk according to your healthy program

And Never Forget Orange and Grapefruit juices are still very important as part of healthy breakfast food
